Return Window:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

If you receive a wrong, defective, or partially damaged product, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, please provide the following evidence within 24 hours of receiving the shipment:

Unboxing Video: A video showing the entire unboxing process.

Product Images: Clear images of the received product, highlighting any damage or issues.

Parcel Condition Image: A picture of the parcel showing any external damage.

Shipping Label Image: A clear image of the shipping label on the package.

 

Refund Processing:

Refund requests will only be validated after authorization from our team. Please note that we primarily offer exchanges or store credit.
Refund Methods:

Store Credit:

We will issue a coupon code for the same amount as your returned product to your registered email. This coupon code has no expiry and can be used for future purchases.
Exchange:

You may exchange the product for one of equal or differing value. If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be settled by us.
Shipping Charges:

Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for sending the items back to our warehouse.

Product Condition for Returns:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Sarees with fall and edging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Products bought during sales are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:

Order cancellations can only occur if the order has not been dispatched. For pre-paid orders, a cancellation fee may be deducted based on the product amount.
Quality Check:

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Following verification, we will process your request accordingly.

Jurisdiction:

In case of any disputes, only the Surat Court shall have jurisdiction..
